4 tips for faster response to inquiries sent into Priority Health
We understand how valuable your time is and we're here to help. Here are four tips that will help you get the fastest response to your inquiry questions.
- Use our Claim Inquiry tool to check the status of your claims. You can search by claim number or patient information. Once you have opened the claim in question, simply click the 'Email Provider Services' button located in the top left corner of your screen.
- Include the following information with all claims inquiries you submit: claim number, patient name, date of birth, date of service and claim amount.
- If you have several separate claims issues, submit each one separately.
- If you have several claims affected by the same issue, submit one inquiry and explain in the body of the email approximately how many claims this affects.
