When you receive care from an in-network provider, we process the claim automatically. You can view all your claims and deductible balances in your MyHealth account.

MyPriority members have the option to enroll in automated billing in MyHealth. You can also call the number on the back of your membership card to pay by phone.

Reading your EOB

When you receive medical services, we send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing you the amount your provider should bill you. This is not a bill from Priority Health and should match your claims view in MyHealth.
