Reminder: Send explanation of benefits (EOB) when Priority Health is secondary 

When two or more health plans provide coverage to the same member, we'll coordinate benefits between the plans. When you submit a claim where Priority Health is secondary, submit the EOB with the claim. If the claim is missing the EOB, it will deny.

Send EOBs electronically or by U.S. Mail

You'll have to rebill the claim with the EOB electronically or, for paper claims, through the U.S. Mail. We'll no longer accept the EOB by fax or email.
