Transportation services are available
If you're a Priority Health Medicaid member transportation assistance services are available for specific purposes including:
- Getting to and from a doctor's appointment
- Picking up covered medicine from a pharmacy
- Travel for other covered services like physical therapy
Call our Transportation Call Center at 888.975.8102 (TTY users call 711) to schedule your travel service. We're here Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
When should I schedule my ride?
Make your appointment first. Then call us to set up a ride. Please contact us for a ride at least 3 days before your appointment date. Appointments for rides can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance.

We can also provide transportation for a limited number of urgent (same day or next day) appointments. We will ask your medical provider to confirm the urgent medical need as part of our scheduling process
Special assistance available
If you need special assistance, please let us know when you schedule your ride. This will allow us to arrange for the proper transportation.
Mileage reimbursement available
Mileage reimbursement is available for some members that provide their own transportation to Medicaid covered appointments. The mileage will be paid based on the shortest distance from your home to the provider. Call our Transportation Call Center at 888.975.8102 (TTY users call 711) to see if you are eligible for mileage reimbursement and to get a copy of the reimbursement form.
