Staying physically distant but socially close

Remember to make your mental health a priority during this time. Just because we need to maintain physical distance from one another doesn’t mean we can’t find other ways to connect with our friends, neighbors and loved ones.

  • Host a virtual book club.
  • Go on a walk.
  • Use apps like Nextdoor and Facebook groups to keep in touch with what’s happening in your neighborhood.
  • Utilize online workout classes through your SilverSneakers benefit.
