Reporting suspected insurance fraud

Priority Health is committed to making sure you and your privacy are secure. If you feel like your insurance information has been stolen or abused, please report it using the following sources.

MEDIC program

You can report suspected fraud to the Medicare Drug Integrity Contract (MEDIC) at 1.877.7SAFERX (1.877.772.3379) (TTY 711). The MEDIC helps prevent inappropriate activity and fights fraud, waste and abuse in Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug (Part D) Programs.

Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Program

This program educates and empowers people with Medicare to take an active role in detecting and preventing health care fraud and abuse. The SMP Program not only protects people with Medicare, it also helps preserve Medicare1. There is an SMP program in every state.

If you suspect someone of committing Medicare fraud or abuse, you may also contact the Office of the Inspector General directly. You do not have to give your name. You may remain anonymous.
