Paying your premium
There are several easy options for your monthly premium once your MyPriority plan becomes effective in January 2022. If you previously set up recurring payments through Total Health Care, you will need to re-establish this payment method with Priority Health.

Can I pay my premium all at once? Or do I have to pay monthly?
You may pay the full amount of your premium when your plan becomes effective. But you also have the option to make monthly payments, if you'd prefer.
What if I don't have enough funds in my account when the payment is withdrawn?
If your bank account does not have sufficient funds to cover your plan's premium payment, Priority Health reserves the right to charge a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee up the amount allowed by the state of Michigan.
What if I need to cancel my EFT?
We must receive notice to cancel EFT 30 days prior to the scheduled draft date. You have three options:

What happens if I miss a payment? Will my plan be terminated immediately?
We understand that things happen, so we do not end your coverage immediately. You have a grace period to make your payment. Learn more about the grace period.
Can I pay my premium by credit card?
Yes, you can make a one-time credit card payment. To pay by credit card, click here or call 800.528.8762. You may also pay through EFT (electronic funds transfer), by phone (check by phone) or mailing your payment to us.
What options are available to pay my premium?
You have multiple options to pay your premium: you may pay by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), check by phone (800.528.8762) or mail (Priority Health, 3915 Momentum Place, Chicago, IL 60689-5339).
Can I set up payments through a third-party payer (bill pay, bank, etc.)?
Yes, you can. Please remember if your premium payments or contract number change, you must update this information with your third-party payer.
