Create your password

Enter a password you'll use to protect the privacy of your account.

Your password:

• Must be a minimum of 16 characters long.
• Must contain characters from at least three (3) of these categories:
• Alpha uppercase characters (A-Z)
• Alpha lowercase characters (a-z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Special Characters (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|(){}[]:;"<>',.?/\)
• Cannot contain: Your first name, last name, email address, username, or a previously used Priority Health account password.

Memorize your password, including if/where you capitalize letters.
