A network refers to the system of doctors, hospitals and labs that Priority Health participates with to provide health care services.
You must stay in network when seeking care and services, or you may be responsible for 100% of the cost.
Use our Find a Doctor tool to check that your provider is in-network or choose a new provider who is.
Your plan includes Rx coverage to ensure you can get the prescriptions you need to stay your healthiest. View the Approved Drug List to find what drugs are approved under your plan.
Your plan comes with dental and vision coverage through Delta Dental and EyeMed. Visit the Delta Dental directory and EyeMed directory to find an in-network provider.
Trips to the pharmacy for medication, doctor visits and appointments for other covered services, like physical therapy are included. You can schedule a ride by calling 833.944.0535 at least three days before your visit. If you have a ride but need to be covered for the cost, you can submit a Medicaid Mileage Reimbursement Form in your member account.
Virtual care is a convenient way to see a doctor for common illnesses like a cold or flu—without having to go to the emergency room or urgent care center.
