Teladoc Health Mental Health empowers you with:

  • A personalized plan. Answer a series of questions and Teladoc Health will create a plan designed just for you.

  • Recommended digital content and resources. Explore self-guided activities and tools based on your goals and needs.

  • In-the-moment tools. Mindfulness and meditation techniques to boost your mood and help you focus on the present.

*Teladoc Health Mental Health only offers digital self-help tools and is available to Priority Health members ages 13 and up.

How do I create an account?

Simply go to the Teladoc Health website or app, click ‘Create a new account’ or ‘Set up your account’ and follow the steps below.

  1. Getting to know you. Enter some information about yourself to confirm your eligibility.
  2. Checking your coverage. Check the ‘I have a code from my employer, insurance or Teladoc Health.’ box and use access code PHMH.
  3. Create your account. Enter your contact information, select your preferences and create your username, password and security questions.
  4. Finishing up. Answer a few questions about what’s on your mind. From there, your personalized account will be ready to use.

How do teenagers create an account?

Priority Health members who are teenagers (ages 13 to 17) must be registered as a dependent under a parent or legal guardian before they can claim their own account. Before getting started, make sure that you, the parent or legal guardian, have followed the steps above to create a Teladoc Health account. Next, follow the steps below after logging into the Teladoc Health website or app.

  1. Getting started. Under ‘Account’, select ‘Family’ then click ‘Add a dependent’.
  2. Provide information. Fill out your teenager’s personal details.
  3. Begin the invitation process. Select ‘Manage’ next to your teenager’s name, then click ‘Send Invitation’.
  4. Give your approval. Check the boxes to provide your consent for your teenager to have their own account.
  5. Check their email. An email will be sent to your teenager inviting them to set up their own account.
  6. Verify their identity. Your teenager will need to verify their identity before they can begin to create their own account.
  7. Creating their own account. Your teenager will create a username, password and security questions.
  8. Finishing up. Your teenager will answer a few questions about what’s on their mind. From there, their own personalized account will be ready to use.
