Companion Care: Papa Pals offer companionship whether in person or virtually, can help with every day tasks (such as light house cleaning, meal prep, technology assistance), provide transportation and more.

  • Yearly hours by plan:
    • PriorityMedicare D-SNP: 100 hours per year
    • PriorityMedicare D-SNP Advantage: 100 hours per year
    • PriorityMedicare ONE: 72 hours per year
    • PriorityMedicare Edge: 48 hours per year
    • PriorityMedicare Ideal: 48 hours per year
    • PriorityMedicare Compass: 36 hours per year

  • Papa Pals are supported by social care specialists who provide an extra layer of help when issues arise with things like navigating your benefits, the health care system, or community resources.
  • Papa’s Caregiver Support team offers consultation, support, and digital resources to reduce the stress of caregiving related responsibilities and improve confidence in caring for loved ones.

How it works

Call Papa directly to schedule a visit at 833.680.5959 (TTY 711) You may also be contacted by Papa to participate. 

Papa Pals are available for in-person visits or virtual phone visits or in-person visits.

Your Papa Pal can help you:

  • Get to and from the doctor's, the store, the bank and more
  • Prep meals, do laundry and organize your living space
  • Set up your computer, phone, social media and other technologies
  • Deliver groceries to your door
  • Take care of your pet
  • Pass time with board games, puzzles, movies and other much-needed recreations
