PriorityFlex is available on PriorityMedicare D-SNP
Meeting you where you are in your health journey is important to us. That is why we are offering a PriorityFlex card to all of our D-SNP members.
You can use your PriorityFlex card to purchase eligible over-the-counter (OTC) items and home and bathroom safety devices and modifications. If you are eligible for Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI)*, you can also use your PriorityFlex allowance towards healthy food and produce, pest control services, household supplies, meal delivery, personal care items and household supplies.
Your PriorityFlex allowance is $70 per month. Your PriorityFlex card will come in the mail and will be pre-loaded with funds, ready to use on the day your plan begins. If you are a new member, a PriorityFlex card will be sent to you, otherwise keep your existing PriorityFlex card. It will be reloaded automatically each month - be sure to use all the funds each month, any unused allowance does not roll over.

Purchasing OTC Items
Get started with your online member account at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC.
In your online member account, you'll be able to check your available balance, shop online, find participating stores, search eligible products, view your transaction history and more. The video below will show you how to set up and navigate your member account.
There are three ways you can shop for OTC items with your PriorityFlex benefit:
- Order online: View and purchase products online anytime at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC or through the OTC mobile app. To download the app, search “Priority Health OTC” in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Shop in-store: Shop at Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, and other participating store locations near you. You can search for retailers near you at any time by going to priorityhealth.com/shopOTC and using the "Find a Store" tool.
- Call for delivery: Call 833.415.4380 (TTY 711) to place an order after reviewing the items in your OTC catalog. Have your selected product names, OTC card number, and shipping information available. From Oct. 1-Mar. 31, we're available seven days a week from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. ET. From Apr. 1-Sep. 30, we're available Mon.-Fri. from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sat. 8 a.m.-noon ET.
In the event that you had to pay out-of-pocket to purchase an OTC item, reimbursement is available to you. Log in to your priority health account at PriorityHealth.com/shopOTC or through the Priority Health OTC app and complete the reimbursement form found under Make A Reimbursement.
To be eligible for reimbursement, the item purchased must be an eligible OTC item obtained from a participating retailer and you must have available OTC funds. All reimbursements must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date and include a picture of the receipt.

Purchasing Utilities, Pest Control Services or Meal Delivery
Pay for pest control services and select utilities with your PriorityFlex card as you would with any other Mastercard. You can place meal delivery orders through your OTC account at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC.

To use your PriorityFlex allowance on more than OTC health items, you must meet the Special Supplemental Benefit for Chronically Ill (SSBCI)* requirements and fill out a form at SSBCI Eligibility Member Form to qualify.
*Benefit mentioned is part of a special supplemental benefit for chronically ill members with one of the following conditions: diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), arrhythmias, depression, heart failure, prostate/breast/other cancers and bipolar disorder. This is not a complete list of qualifying conditions. Even if you have a qualifying condition, you will not necessarily qualify to receive the benefit because coverage of the item or service depends on if you are chronically ill as defined by CMS and meet all applicable eligibility requirements.
