As a reminder, you must organize your PCPs by practice using our Provider Roster App (PRA) tool’s “subgroup” feature by Nov. 16, 2026, to ensure a full year-end settlement for our 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP).
Reminder: first 2026 PIP supplemental data deadline is Nov. 1
As a reminder, the first supplemental data submission deadline for the 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) is coming up on Nov. 1, 2026, for dates of service between Jan. 1 – June 30.
2026 PIP reports will continue to be delivered via Filemart
Due to the postponement of our new Provider Portal launch until Jan. 1, 2027, Filemart will continue to be accessible accessed via prism through the end of the year. As a result, PCP Incentive Program (PIP) reports will continue to be delivered through Filemart during this period, and SFTP will no longer be needed for the remainder of 2026.

2026 PIP reports for Sept. to Dec. will be delivered via SFTP
Accountable Care Networks (ACNs) will receive 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) reports for the months of September through December via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). This includes reports for HEDIS and Transformation of Care (TOC) measures, currently delivered through Filemart.
