Due to the postponement of our new Provider Portal launch until Jan. 1, 2027, Filemart will continue to be accessible accessed via prism through the end of the year. As a result, PCP Incentive Program (PIP) reports will continue to be delivered through Filemart during this period, and SFTP will no longer be needed for the remainder of 2026.
No action is required at this time. Please continue using Filemart as you do today to access your HEDIS and Transformation of Care measure reports.
The planned transition to Inovalon as our new PIP reporting vendor remains on track for 2027. We’ll share additional details about access, training and next steps in the coming months.
