We recently made the following updates to the 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) Manual:
- Health Information Exchange Participation with MiHIN (pg. 23): Removed “required” from the SDoH use case, as it may be sunset as a use case by MiHIN. You can still submit SDoH data to us via QMI.
- Appendix 4: Glossary of Terms (pg. 31): Added a definition for Anchor Date
- Appendix 5: Report Inventory (pg. 36): Added a note to clarify that the PIP_011G and PIP_011H are informational only, with the PIP_011C being the source of truth for HbA1c and blood pressure gap closure.
