Accountable Care Networks (ACNs) will receive 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) reports for the months of September through December via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). This includes reports for HEDIS and Transformation of Care (TOC) measures, currently delivered through Filemart.
2026 PIP reports for Medicare Part D measures will continue to be delivered to ACNs via secure email from our Provider Network Management (PNM) team through the end of the program year.
Why are we making this change?
As we’ve shared in the past, Filemart is an outdated system that we’re no longer able to update or support. When we transition our provider portal to Epic on Sept. 1, 2026, Filemart will be retired.
We’re currently in the process of implementing a new PIP reporting vendor, to support report delivery starting with the 2027 PIP program year. This SFTP change is a temporary solution to ensure uninterrupted delivery of HEDIS and TOC measure reports until the new reporting vendor solution is in place.
How will PIP reports be delivered?
| PIP report type | Current | Sept. - Dec. 2026 | 2027 PIP reports |
| HEDIS / TOC measure reports | Filemart | SFTP | Reporting vendor |
| Part D measure reports | Secure email | Secure email | Reporting vendor |
How can you make sure you’re ready?
ACNs can reach out to their Priority Health Provider Network Management specialist to confirm if their SFTP setup is active or to request a new SFTP setup. We encourage you to reach out soon and submit new SFTP setup requests by the end of July to ensure file transfer can begin in September.
