Our provider call center wait times continue to be longer than normal. We know this causes challenges for you and your patients, and we’re making changes so we can respond faster. To best serve you and your patients, today and in the future, we’re making changes to our online platforms and some processes. These changes, which include a new provider portal, will take effect on August 1 of this year. Account signup will start as early as June.

12/22/25: Advanced Diabetes Supply is leaving the Priority Health network effective January 7
One of our diabetic supply providers, Advanced Diabetes Supply (also known as US Medical Supply and North Coast Medical Supply), will be leaving our network on Jan. 7, 2026. Providers who see Priority Health members who receive diabetes supplies through Advanced Diabetes Supply should begin transitioning prescriptions to an in-network provider.

11/14/2024: MA telehealth flexibilities extended through Jan 31, 2026
Congress recently extended the Original Medicare telehealth flexibilities through Jan. 31, 2026. Following CMS’s guidance, we’ll also extend those flexibilities for our Medicare Advantage (MA) plans through Jan. 31, 2026, for services provided by in-network providers.
