The 2026 CAHPS survey launches this month

The annual Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey begins in February and runs through June each year for our Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace members. This survey is administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and assesses our members’ experiences with their health plan and providers. Please encourage your patients to complete the survey if contacted. We use the results of this survey to understand what matters most to our members and identify growth opportunities that enhance care quality and support health outcomes.
