Had issues during site creation for the new Provider Portal? Check here for updates.

Site creation for Priority Health’s new Provider Portal is underway and going well. Thanks to the thousands of you who have requested a site so far. 

If you ran into any issues or had questions while requesting a site, check this list of updates on the site request process:

  • The correct menu option to create a site is now listed as “Request New Account”. Beginning August 3, the site creation option will revert to “Request a New Site” while all other users will select “Request Account at an Existing Site”.
  • There is no longer a “Provider” role type. All non-TPA users (including any Site Administrator creating a site) should now select the “Providers, Hospitals and Staff” role.
  • Uploading a picture of your photo ID is no longer an option during identity verification. You’ll need to use your device’s camera to capture a photo of your ID just like with your “selfie”. 
  • In some cases, identity verification emails weren’t being sent after users requested a new site. This issue is now resolved, but if you requested a site and never received an identity verification email, reach out to our tech support team at the number below.
  • If you requested multiple sites, you may be getting prompted to complete identity verification for each. Click the identity verification link for each and click to begin the process. It will “pass” you before you need to take a new picture of your photo ID and your face. For any issues, call our tech support team at the number below.
  • A new staff role has been added:Remittance Review. Select this role type if you’d like to be able to view remittance advices from prior to September 1 in the new Provider Portal. You can change your staff roles once you have access to the portal by going to Menu > Settings > Roles and Specialties.
