All new enrollments or plan changes can be completed online through miAccount on the Office of Retirement Services (ORS) website.
Prefer paper? You can also submit an Insurance enrollment/change request form directly to the ORS.

What to expect when you enroll
- Coverage start date: Your Priority Health coverage begins the first day of the second full month after ORS receives your enrollment request and required documents.
Example: Submit on May 15, coverage starts August 1. - ORS updates your enrollment and sends it to Priority Health. Once processed, you’ll receive your ID cards and member materials at home.
Important details
- You can enroll at any time during the year.
- Dental coverage and vision coverage remain the same, even if you switch medical plans.
- Monthly premium deductions from your pension stay the same, regardless of carrier.
