Over-the-counter (OTC) Plus

Page last updated on: 1/13/26

Over-the-counter (OTC) Plus is available on PriorityMedicare® Vintage.

Members on plans with the OTC Plus benefit can use their allowances to purchase OTC items, and if eligible,* healthy food and produce. Eligibility is based on your chronic condition (such as if you have diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, and more) and the level of your need (for example, if you're at high risk of hospitalization and need intensive care coordination).

You'll receive a Priority Health Medicare OTC card and catalog in the mail. Your card will be pre-loaded with OTC funds and ready to use on the day your plan begins.

Your OTC Plus allowance is $40 per quarter. Please note, any unused OTC allowance does not roll over. Quarterly allowances expire on March 31, June 30, Sept. 30 and Dec. 31.
