Take your health assessment—get rewarded
Earn your $60 reward annually
As a Priority Health member* you're eligible to earn a $60 Pulse Cash reward just for taking a short health assessment. It takes under 10 minutes and you'll receive a personalized report including programs based on what matters most to you and your health. Use your reward from Jan. 1 - Dec. 31 on anything you like!
How it works:
- Log in or sign up for your member account
- Select Healthy Living and then go to the Wellbeing Hub
- Once in your Wellbeing Hub, select the Health tab to take your health assessment
Once you've completed the Health Assessment you'll earn $60 in Pulse Cash rewards which you can redeem for a gift card, Virgin Pulse store purchase, or a charitable donation.
To redeem your Pulse Cash reward:
- Log in or sign up for your member account
- Select Healthy Living and then go to the Wellbeing Hub
- Select the Rewards tab, then select Spend
*Wellness reward available for Priority Health subscribers with the Federal Employee Health Benefits program, not currently available for spouses or dependents.
