Registration for our new Provider Portal opens up for all users on August 3. Join us ahead of that date on Monday, July 27 at noon for a training webinar on:
- Requesting an account
- Completing identity verification
- Receiving your login credentials
- For Site Administrators: Approving account requests
Who should attend?
Any user who needs an account on our new Provider Portal launching September 1 should attend this training. As a reminder, prism will be retired on the day the new portal goes live, so any provider needing portal access will need an account on the new portal.
If you’re a Site Administrator who has already created a site on the new portal, there will be a short section at the end about approving account requests and requesting accounts on behalf of other users. Most of the other content will be a repeat of the site creation training webinar content from June, so feel free to register and then join about 20 minutes in.

Has a site been created for your organization yet?
This is a great time to ask your practice or hospital administrators if a site has been created for the new Priority Health Provider Portal yet. Each organization with a distinct Type 2 NPI needs a site to be created (requested and approved) before users can create accounts affiliated to that site.
If you’re a Site Administrator who hasn’t yet created a site for your practice or hospital, please do so immediately. Go to our Getting Started page to begin the process.
