Updates on the new Provider Portal

Published on Oct 21, 2026

The launch for our new Provider Portal is set for Jan. 1, and account registration remains open. If you haven’t done so yet, visit our Getting Started page for detailed instructions on getting access.

View-only prism access

You asked, and we listened. We’re going to keep prism accessible in view-only form at least through the end of January, even after the new portal launches, so that you can check on the status of open items. This will include inquiries, claims, authorization requests, disputes/appeals and enrollment/credentialing requests.

You will not be able to initiate new requests in prism beginning Jan. 1, so be sure you’ve registered for the new Provider Portal to continue your work with us uninterrupted.

Once the items listed above are resolved, they’ll be viewable on your new portal account.

Viewing historical claims

Claims processed before Jan. 1, 2027, will be available in the new Provider Portal, but some claim detail available in prism today may not initially be displayed for these claims. Remittance advices, front-end rejection letters and standard EDI transactions will include necessary claim adjudication details and front-end claim rejection information as they do today.

Note that these historical claims will also be assigned new claim IDs and check numbers when applicable, so you’ll need to search for them in the new portal by member, date and/or billed amount instead.

Payment changes

Our transition to the new Provider Portal is happening alongside other Priority Health systems migrations to Epic-based platforms. In the process, we’ll be further aligning to industry standards, and this may have impacts on claims payments.  We’ll share details on these system configuration changes as we know about them.

Required action for Site Administrators

If you’re a Site Administrator, log into your Provider Portal account on a regular basis (ideally daily, but at least weekly) to check for affiliation requests. You can find these by going to Admin > Account Requests. See our user guide for details.

Sign up for Provider Portal training

We completed our first week of Provider Portal trainings in August, but we have additional training webinars scheduled for December and January. Find recordings of past events and registration links for upcoming webinars here.
