Take advantage of these benefits, included in your plan, that support your physical, mental and financial health.

Annual Wellness Visit

Your plan includes a $0 Annual Wellness Visit each calendar year. This is a chance to meet with your physician to develop or update a personalized prevention plan based on your current health and risk factors.

Teladoc Health® Mental Health

Teladoc Health Mental Health is a free mental wellness resource that offers support for stress, depression, sleep and more to help you live your happiest and healthiest life. 

Teladoc Health Mental Health empowers you with:

  • A personalized plan. Answer a series of questions and Teladoc Health will create a plan designed just for you.
  • Recommended digital content and resources. Explore self-guided activities and tools based on your goals and needs.
  • In-the-moment tools. Mindfulness and meditation techniques to boost your mood and help you focus on the present.
  • Dedicated support. Connect with a coach to encourage and support you through your journey.

Simply go to the Teladoc Health website or app, click "Create a new account" or "Set up your account" to get started.

OTC Plus

With your plan, you receive a $40 quarterly over-the-counter (OTC) allowance to use toward eligible health and wellness items and, if you qualify,* toward healthy food and produce.

To use your OTC Plus allowance on healthy food and produce, you must meet the Special Supplemental Benefit for Chronically Ill (SSBCI) requirements and fill out a form at priorityhealth.com/qualify to qualify.

New members will receive an OTC Plus card in the mail that will be pre-loaded with OTC funds and ready to use on the day your plan begins. Members who renew in a plan with the OTC benefit will continue to use their existing OTC card.

Purchasing OTC Items

Get started with your online member account at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC.

In your online member account, you'll be able to check your available balance, shop online, find participating stores, search eligible products, view your transaction history and more. The video below will show you how to set up and navigate your member account.

There are three ways you can shop for OTC items with your OTC Plus benefit:

  • Order online: View and purchase products online anytime at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC or through the OTC mobile app. To download the app, search “Priority Health OTC” in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Shop in-store: Shop at Costco (PIN required at checkout), Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target and other participating store locations near you. You can search for retailers near you at any time by going to priorityhealth.com/shopOTC and using the "Find a Store" tool.

    A PIN will be required to shop at Costco. No PIN is required when shopping at other retailers.

    To set your pin:

    1. Log into your member account and click "Manage card" on your account dashboard.
    2. Select "Card management" on the left hand navigation, then click on "manage"
    3. A pop-up window will appear. When prompted, select "set/reset your PIN"
  • Call for delivery: Call 833.415.4380 (TTY 711) to place an order after reviewing eligible OTC items. Have your selected product names, OTC card number and shipping information available.

Purchasing Healthy Food and Produce

From Oct. 1–Mar. 31, we’re available seven days a week from 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET. From Apr. 1–Sept. 30, we’re available Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–noon ET.

*Benefit mentioned is part of a special supplemental benefit for chronically ill members with one of the following conditions: diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), arrhythmia, depression, heart failure, prostate/breast/other cancers and bipolar disorder. This is not a complete list of qualifying conditions. Even if you have a qualifying condition, you will not necessarily qualify to receive the benefit because coverage of the item or service depends on if you are chronically ill as defined by CMS and meet all applicable eligibility requirements.
