The PriorityMedicare Dual Premier plan includes Long-Term Supports and Services (LTSS) to help you stay in your home or get you the support you need. LTSS services help elderly people and people with disabilities meet their daily needs to help and improve the quality of their lives. LTSS support is available to PriorityMedicare Dual Premier members who qualify.
Examples of LTSS include help with bathing, dressing, and other basic activities of daily life and self-care, as well as support for everyday tasks such as laundry, shopping, and transportation. LTSS are provided over an extended period, usually in homes and communities, but also in nursing homes and other facilities.
