Before our new Provider Portal goes live on September 1, we need each practice, hospital and provider group to create a site. This key action will need to be completed by Site Administrators, currently known as prism Security Administrators (pSAs).

Is this training required?
We highly recommend all Site Administrators (pSAs) participate in this training, although it isn’t required. You will need to create a site for the new Provider Portal, and this training walks you through that process step by step, so that you’re fully prepared when the site creation process opens up on June 15.
