We’re conducting phone outreach to help Priority Health Medicare members find PCPs and schedule annual wellness visits

With an increase in our Medicare membership in 2026, particularly in the northern regions of Michigan, our teams are conducting phone-outreach to proactively engage Medicare members and support preventive care.

About the campaign

  • Who: We’re targeting Priority Health Medicare members
  • When: We’ll begin outreach the week of March 16 to allow members optimal time to schedule and complete their annual wellness visits in 2026
  • What: Members will receive outreach phone calls offering support in finding an in‑network PCP in their area and scheduling an appointment. If we’re unable to reach them, we’ll follow up with a voicemail containing the same information
  • Why: This campaign makes preventive care easier for members and supports providers in delivering timely, coordinated care. These visits also help to close care gaps, address chronic conditions, improve quality scores and increase provider performance in our incentive programs

With this campaign, providers may see increased phone traffic and appointment requests. We’re encouraging members to try to see their PCPs within 90 days of outreach.
