Advanced Diabetes Supply is leaving the Priority Health network effective January 7

One of our diabetic supply providers, Advanced Diabetes Supply (also known as US Medical Supply and North Coast Medical Supply), will be leaving our network on Jan. 7, 2026. Providers who see Priority Health members who receive diabetes supplies through Advanced Diabetes Supply should begin transitioning prescriptions to an in-network provider.

This change applies to members of all plan types (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and individual).

What do you need to do?

Previously approved authorizations will be honored without additional medical review, including those that extend beyond the January 7 network termination date. For new authorizations, please transition your patients’ diabetic supply prescriptions to one of the in-network providers listed below to ensure members can continue to pay in-network prices for care.

What about Embrace glucometers?

Advanced Diabetes Supply has its own brand of glucometer called Embrace™. Members using Advanced Diabetes Supply for glucometer supplies will need to choose a new glucometer and test strips from a new supplier for in-network coverage.
