We recently made the following updates to the 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) Manual:
- 2026 Program Measure Grids (pg. 6): Updated the OMW measure name to match the HEDIS measure name. Increased the payout for the WCV measures (3-11, 12-17 and 18-21 years) to $75 for commercial, ACA and Medicaid.
- Program deadlines (pg. 13): Updated the table to reflect that we will accept MiHIN supplemental data files received on Feb. 1, 2027
- Submit exclusions and more to our HEDIS team (pg. 14): Updated links to the HEDIS Provider Reference Guide to open the 2026 version
- HEDIS & Medicare 5-Star Measure Specs (pg. 16): Added a link to our “Well child visits: Guidelines and best practices” document
- Care Management (pg. 19): Removed the termed code G0512
- Behavioral Health Collaborative Care (pg. 21): Removed the termed code G0512
- Data Quality Collaborative (pg. 24): Updated the data deadlines to reflect that we will accept MiHIN supplemental data files received on Feb. 1, 2027.
- Glossary of terms (pg. 32): Updated links to the HEDIS Provider Reference Guide to open the 2026 version
