We recently made the following updates to the 2026 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) Manual:
- 2026 Program Measure Grids (pg. 7): Removed “*Will be updated for 2026 soon” asterisk from the Medicare 5-Star measures. The tip sheets are up to date.
- Administrative Details (pg. 8): Removed the following from the ACN Eligibility Requirements: “Notify Priority Health that they met the threshold; and”
- Appendix 5: Report Inventory (pgs. 36-38):
- Updated the delivery method for 2026 PIP HEDIS and Transformation of Care reports to indicate Filemart delivery through August 2026 and SFTP delivery for Sept. through Dec. 2026
- Added Medicare 5-Star / Part D report delivery details
