Reprocessing incorrectly rejected Medicaid claims for "Missing/Invalid NDC."

We recently experienced an issue with some Medicaid claims containing drug-related lines being front-end rejected for “Missing/Invalid NDC” when they shouldn’t. 

There’s nothing you need to do. Per our policy, we've started working to reprocess these claims one year from Oct.1, 2024.
