Plus, all of our plans include routine vision from EyeMed® Select providers and hearing coverage from TruHearing® providers.

- $0 copay for one routine exam (includes dilation & refraction), one retinal imaging each year
- $100 eyewear allowance per calendar year
- Out-of-network visits are reimbursable up to a set dollar amount
Routine hearing (by TruHearing)
- $0 copay on routine exam
