Priority Health appoints Christa Klein as vice president of client services 

(Grand Rapids, Mich. – July 5, 2022) Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan, has appointed Christa Klein as vice president of client services. Klein will be responsible for overseeing the needs of Priority Health’s clients as part of the company’s accelerated new business growth strategies.

Klein joins Priority Health from a 22-year career in client services at Humana, working in small, large and national accounts in commercial markets. Her most recent role was leading a large division of Humana’s Group Medicare team where she was responsible for overseeing the company’s 200,000 Group Medicare members.

Klein also has experience with maintaining financial stability, membership retention and securing growth opportunities while overseeing health care strategy in collaboration with account management teams.
