We offer one narrow network, PriorityIntegra℠, for our commercial group plans and four narrow networks as part of our individual MyPriority℠ plan offerings. Our narrow networks are listed and described below.
With a narrow network plan, members receive reduced cost-sharing while receiving care in-network. If a member receives care outside of the network, the member is liable for all costs and care will not be covered.
We ask you, as providers, to assist patients by referring them within their network. Use Find a Doctor to see which providers are in your patient’s network. Request authorization for transplants and in instances where services are not available within the patient’s network.
Note: When providers change their primary hospital affiliation, that will impact their participating status with our narrow network products. For example, if a provider was affiliated with a Corewell hospital in Kent County and changed their primary affiliation to a non-Corewell hospital, they would become out-of-network for the Corewell Health West Michigan network. Likewise, if a member’s plan requires them to designate an in-network physician as their PCP, a member will be required to choose a new in-network PCP if their current PCP's hospital affiliation changes.
