Don’t let summer pollen get in your way
Warmer weather can bring more pollen, which may trigger asthma symptoms. Be sure to take medication as prescribed and see a specialist if needed, especially during flare-ups. Reducing triggers at home can help, too. Try using an air purifier, covering bedding, and changing your furnace filter regularly.
Understanding your health plan
We’re required to share some key information with you each year. This includes your rights as a member, where to find important coverage documents and how your benefits work. Take a moment to explore so you can feel confident using your plan.
A Healthy Pregnancy Starts with Prenatal Care
Seeing your provider early and keeping up with regular visits can help give your pregnancy a healthy start. Your Medicaid plan also offers extra support along the way. You can earn rewards for keeping up with your prenatal care, join group prenatal visits to connect with other moms, and get helpful guidance for a healthy pregnancy.
Our Care Managers are here for you
Care management is included in your Medicaid plan. Care managers work with both adults and children. They provide support for members with chronic conditions, are in or leaving foster care, or have complex health needs. They work with you and your providers to help coordinate care, connect you to helpful resources and more.
