Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET
Your Care Navigators are one quick phone call away, to answer questions on:
- Understanding your health plan benefits and coverage
- Finding in-network doctors and care options
- Answering questions about claims, bills and costs
- Helping with prior authorizations and next steps
- Coordinating care if you're traveling or living outside of Michigan
- Answering medication and pharmacy questions
- Connecting you to additional support, such as Care Management, or behavioral health services
