How to order a new member ID card

Need to order a new ID card for yourself or a dependent?

1. Log in to your member account.
2. Under Plan information, click View your plan ID.
3. Scroll down and click Request card.
4. Follow the instructions to verify your address and order your member ID card.
5. Click Done.

You can check the status of your order at any time by returning to View your plan ID and clicking See order status.
