One in six couples will experience infertility¹. One in five women would consider changing jobs for better menopause support². Many others face challenges related to hormonal health and family-building. These deeply personal health needs can affect both physical health and emotional well-being, yet employees often struggle to find the information, resources and support they need to navigate them.
We know that members need support that recognizes the whole person and the unique health experiences through every stage of life.
Carrot offers personalized, inclusive and compassionate care for every stage of hormonal and reproductive health journeys. Carrot’s person-centered care is there to assist with everything from infertility preservation, assisted reproduction, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, doula support, menopause, low testosterone or gender-affirming care.
To help employers meet their employees' needs, we offer two solutions to choose from: Carrot Pro and Carrot Core.
Carrot’s mission is fertility care for all — regardless of age, race, income, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or geographic location. Through their deeply vetted clinic and agency network and complete telehealth and care navigation platform, Carrot helps people throughout every phase of life.
Carrot will provide support for fertility treatments for those without a diagnosis of infertility, path finding with education and exploration, pregnancy, postpartum and doula support, gestational surrogacy, adoption, menopause, low testosterone and more.
This program will provide inclusive, equitable and personalized care for eligible members and spouse/partner, 18 years and up.
Health journeys don't look the same for every employee. That's why many employers are expanding support beyond traditional medical coverage.
