Balance affordability, access and quality. Small group plans with network solutions designed around your workforce.
Health care costs continue to be a top concern for employers. At the same time, members expect access to trusted doctors, specialists and hospitals close to home.
Priority Health offers network strategies designed to help employers manage costs through proven savings opportunities while maintaining access to high-quality care. By guiding members toward high-value providers and integrated health systems, employers can create a more affordable and predictable health care experience without sacrificing access or quality.
Healthcare complexity and poor coordination between providers and insurers often leads to consumer dissatisfaction1. As the largest integrated health system in the state, we believe building bridges between care and coverage benefits employers and employees by giving them a supported, coordinated and simple experience.

Lowering plan costs shouldn’t mean limiting members’ access to care. West Michigan Partnres and Southeast Michgian Partners help employers balance affordability, access and quality by guiding employees toward high-value, local providers and health systems.
These tiered network solutions encourage employees to use participating Tier 1 providers through lower-out-of-pocket costs while maintaining access to Priority Health’s broader network.
Providers are separated into two tiers: Tier 1 and Tier 2. Priority Health partners with Tier 1 providers to help lower member costs. When employees choose care through a Tier 1 provider, they benefit from lower coinsurance, copays and deductibles.
Employees still have access to the entire Priority Health network through Tier 2 providers. However, when they receive care outside of the Tier 1 network, they generally pay a higher share of the cost for services.
All Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers meet our rigorous quality standards and share our commitment to care management and coordination.
