Access reporting packages
Priority Health offers providers a large suite of reports so you can analyze your practices and populations. It's part of our commitment to working with you to improve the cost, quality and experience of care.
We have packaged our reports for different types of providers. Our full inventory provides further detail on each report, including a description, file type, delivery method, date of delivery and more.
Standard reports package
For: ACNs, PHOs, POs and medical groups with a low volume of Priority Health patients
Incentive program reports: To help you improve your patients' health outcomes and earn incentives. The incentive program reports include:
- Quality performance and gaps in care
- Eligibility/membership reports
- Specialist engagement reports showing referral, utilization and efficiency information of the high volume, high cost specialties
Claims extracts: Member eligibility, paid prescription and paid medical claims files in an All Payer Claims Data (APCD) format. See the claim extract reports inventory.

Comprehensive reports package
For: ACNs, PHOs, POs and medical groups with a high volume of Priority Health members and/or with risk arrangements.
Includes all of the reports in the Standard Package, plus:
Risk sharing reports: ACN progress toward risk sharing agreements with Priority Health. See the risk sharing reports inventory.

Independent practice reports package
For: Providers who are independently contracted with Priority Health.
