We want to hear from you!

This spring, you may receive the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey through our partner, Press Ganey. It asks questions about your experience with Priority Health and your healthcare providers. Survey participants are randomly chosen. If you receive one, it’s important to complete every question. Your responses could help voice the opinion of thousands of members just like you.

Find a Doctor with these tips

There are a few ways to get the best results when using our Find a Doctor tool. First, enter your location and plan type. Next, select one of the four search options. For example, you can click Doctors by name to find a specific provider. Or click Doctors by specialty for providers who specialize in specific health conditions. Use Advanced Search to narrow your results further, like only those accepting new patients.

Preventive care is covered by your plan

Annual wellness visits are included in your plan at no cost. These visits are important to monitor your health and treat small issues before they become big problems. It’s also a chance to ask your provider if you’re due for other preventive care screenings. This can include cervical and breast cancer, Hepatitis C, colon cancer and more. Use this list to keep important preventive screenings top of mind.

Let’s talk about sexual health

Regular sexual health check-ups are an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. They can help detect issues early, leading to better treatment outcomes. It’s important to get tested to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs), especially if you’re pregnant. Your provider can test for infections such as syphilis, HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, Group B Streptococcal and Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg).
