Kurt F., 82, has had hearing trouble for years, but couldn’t afford quality hearing aids.

Thanks to his Priority Health Vital Plan, he received free hearing aids worth over $7,000.

“They’ve expanded my world,” Kurt said. “I didn’t know what I was missing until now. It’s embarrassing to constantly have to ask people to repeat what they say. Priority Health has taken the burden off.”

Kurt has been a Priority Health member for 15 years and counting.

Chelsee S., 37, was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 6.

As a very young child, Chelsee’s doctors often told her she’d never walk again.

“With my determination and strength to try to live a normal life paired with support from loved ones and access to great health insurance through Priority Health, I have overcome an incredible amount of challenges,” Chelsee said.

Chelsee has defied medical limitations and expectations. “I live a healthy and happy life that I am grateful for, that I was told I could not have. I could not have done this without Priority Health by my side.”

Chelsee has been a Priority Health member for 18 years and counting.

Gary and Darlean F. have been very pleased with their Priority Health insurance plan.

It was important for them to find insurance that covered most services in Florida to break away during Michigan’s cold months.

“Thank you to Priority Health for making it easy to fill prescriptions and receive care down there,” Gary said. “We look forward to Florida every winter and feel at peace doing so knowing we’re in good hands.”

Denise P. likes to take advantage of some of the benefits offered in her plan, such as the Wellth Program.

This is a free program rewarding DSNP members for staying on track with their care plan.

“I have a great granddaughter, Zeniya, joining the family in November,” Denise said. “I wanted to make her something special, but didn’t have the money to do so."

Thanks to the Wellth Program, she was able to purchase materials to make a dinosaur-themed blanket for Zeniya. “I can’t wait to see her all wrapped up in it with love!"

Denise has been a Priority Health member for several years and counting.

Kirk M., 55, has been impressed with Priority Health since day one of becoming a member.

“They have made everything so streamlined and effortless,” Kirk said.

One of the benefits he wants to specifically highlight is the virtual care option. “It’s incredibly convenient to not leave home and go to a local urgent care, especially in the middle of winter,” Kirk said. “Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and there was no wait whatsoever for the doctor. The care I received was no different had I been on-site.”

Kirk has been a Priority Health member for four years and counting.

Antoinette R., 55, is committed to her health goals of diabetes self-management and weight management.

She recently lost 29 pounds and is extremely happy with the care she’s received thus far.

“Every employee I come in contact with makes me feel like I’m the only one they’re caring for,” Antoinette said. “I’ve never felt like a number.”

And, after abnormal mammogram results, Antoinette expressed her deepest gratitude of support she received from Priority Health. “I’m not used to this type of support,” she said. “My case manager is beyond phenomenal and very caring.”

Antoinette has been a Priority Health member for four years and counting.
