Our Find a Doc tool is a provider directory that helps our members find in-network PCPs, specialists or hospitals so they can get the care they need. Find a Doc includes helpful provider information like:
- Provider specialty
- Contact information
- Office hours
- Plans accepted
- And more
Providers are responsible for updating their own Find a Doc information, and can do so in prism. To ensure patients are directed to the right place for care, check your Find a Doc profile every six months for accuracy and update your information as needed. Why it matters
Accurate provider information in Find a Doc helps members select an in-network provider who meets their cost and care needs, and ensures providers are being referred members with the right coverage.
