We're sharing our service levels to be more transparent with you

When we work together, we're better able to improve the health and lives of the communities we serve. Being your partner means helping you work with us as quickly and easily as possible. That's why we're sharing our current service levels for some of the areas that most impact your business.

  • We're currently meeting or exceeding expectations in claims processing, claims appeals and credentialing and change requests.
  • We're working hard to improve our speed of response in medical appeals, authorizations and our call center to return to service levels that meet your expectations and ours. We apologize for the delays. Some ways we're working to improve include staff taking on extra shifts and developing improved processes to avoid delays in the future.
