Register for the behavioral health collaborative care (BHCC) meetings to remain eligible for the BHCC incentive measure.

Provider practices contracted through an accountable care organization (ACN) are required to attend at least three Priority Health-sponsored BHCC meetings to be eligible for the BHCC incentive.

Learn more about the BHCC incentive measure and its requirements in our 2021 PCP Incentive Program (PIP) manual or the Behavioral Health Collaborative Care page (login required).

BHCC meeting dates

Our remaining virtual BHCC meetings offerings are listed below; you must attend at least three meetings in 2021:
  • Tuesday, May 25, 2021 from 12–1 p.m.
  • Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021 from 12–1 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021 from 12–1 p.m.

Attendance requirements

Attending our BHCC meetings requires at least one behavioral health care manager representing the practice. Any of the following staff are considered a behavioral health care manager:

  • Registered nurse (RN)
  • Nurse practitioner (NP)
  • Physician assistant (PA)
  • Licensed master social worker (LMSW)
  • Primary care physician (PCP)
  • ACN care management leader

A behavioral health care manager or clinical leader from the ACN may attend the BHCC quarterly meetings on the behalf of multiple practices.

Information learned at these meetings should be shared with others on the practice care management team, used for implementing a BHCC program in the ACN, and/or recruiting behavioral health collaborating partners.

How do providers register?

Providers must register for these meetings using this link.

Each attendee should send in one registration email and indicate each practice name and facility site ID they are representing to assure appropriate credit. We'll document attendance at these events for measure credit.

Providers will be sent a virtual meeting invitation via email when their registration with all necessary information is received.
