Providers will receive 2021 HealthbyChoice incentive payments in April

What happened?

Due to a system error, providers didn’t receive their HealthbyChoice (HbC) incentive payments for submitting patient qualification forms in Q42020 through 2021. The error has been corrected, and providers who submitted HbC qualification forms in the following quarters will receive their payments in April:

• Q4 2020
• Q1 2021
• Q2 2021
• Q3 2021
• Q4 2021

What you need to know

Providers will receive their incentive amount in a lump sum, and checks will be cut to the reporting provider offices. HbC incentive payments are on schedule to be paid quarterly moving forward.
