GuidingCare reminder: no longer accepting in-network authorization faxes and tips for quicker authorization processing

Our new authorization tool, GuidingCare, launched Monday, September 14. In network providers, don't forget to submit your authorization using our new tool. We are no longer accepting faxed authorizations from our in network providers.  

Make sure your authorizations get processed quickly

GuidingCare uses the information from your authorization request to ensure timely and efficient processing. Make sure you’re using the correct options for authorization type, place of service and revenue code to avoid processing delays.
