Helping your parents navigate Medicare

If your parents are planning for retirement and facing decisions about Medicare coverage, they may be looking to you for help picking the right plan for them. The same great service you have as a Priority Health member is available to Medicare beneficiaries through our Priority Health Medicare plans.

Understanding Medicare

We know that Medicare can be confusing, so we provide tools and resources for you and your parents to understand how it works. You can view our Medicare Explained video series to understand the ABCs (and Ds) of Medicare and learn more about what type of coverage your parents might need.

You can also get your Medicare questions answered in person at one of our information meetings held in locations across Michigan. There you'll learn about Original Medicare, our Priority Health Medicare plans and have the opportunity to get your questions answered by a Medicare expert.

More than just health insurance

Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans are there to be a partner in our members' health journey, not just for when they are sick. We offer resources to our members so they can achieve their health and wellness goals.

Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans include Silver&Fit, a program that provides a membership to a local gym or home fitness kits, at no cost to the member. In-home health assessments, medication therapy management and preventive care are just a few of the ways we partner with our members. It's all part of our mission to help our members be at their healthiest, so they can spend more time doing what they love.

Affordable, quality coverage

Our Priority Health Medicare plans are designed so our members can make the most of their health care dollars and get the care they need, when they need it. We have plans that fit all health care needs and budgets with plan premiums starting as low as $0 a month.

All of our Medicare Advantage plans offer doctor visits, hospital coverage and prescription drug coverage. And with more individuals choosing Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans over any other plan in Michigan,¹ you can feel confident that you're helping your parents make the right choice for their Medicare coverage.
