For 2023 members with a PriorityMedicare ONE plan, your no-cost transportation assistance benefit, provides you with up to 30 one-way trips, limited to 30 miles per trip, per year. This means you can schedule rides for any health care-related trip, including an annual wellness visit, to see an in-network specialist or to pick up a prescription at your local pharmacy.

We’ve partnered with SafeRide, who will assist you in scheduling a ride using one of the following transportation options:

  • Ride-share companies such as Uber or LYFT. SafeRide is continually expanding their ride-share options in many locations throughout the state, especially in rural areas.
  • A non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider if you require wheelchair or other special assistance.

We get it, managing your health isn’t easy. Take advantage of your transportation assistance benefit at no cost to you, so you don’t have to stress about how to get to important appointments or pick up your medications.

You’re able to schedule multiple rides at one time. We ask that you schedule a ride at least 48 hours in advance and no sooner than two weeks out.

You must cancel rides at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If not, the ride will be deducted from you annual ride balance.
